Requirements:

• Age 55 or older to purchase (spouse can be any age)
• Must be able to live independently and provide a health letter from doctor
• Income must be 4 times greater than the monthly dues & taxes.
  (Taxes are 1.2% of purchase price) (Association Dues vary from $258 to $320 depending on Mutual)
• Must have $25,000 in reserve for a minimum of six months, can be savings, pension, CD, stocks, bonds, etc.
• 1 pet is allowed 25 lbs or less (cat or dog)
• 1 Bedroom apartments no more than 2 occupants
• 2 Bedroom apartments no more than 3 occupants

  • 2 persons = $1,795
  • Additional person = $465
